Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase so we gladly accept returns and exchanges on eligible products.
To submit a return request you should have your order # from the order confirmation email we sent you. Be sure to read our Return & Exchange Policies below.
- If you need to return all or a portion of your purchase please contact us for a return authorization number (RA#).
- You must obtain an RA# within 14 days of order delivery.
- Once an eligible return is received and inspected we will issue a refund to the original payment method for any item(s) returned.
- We value our customers trust. Therefore, we have a policy to not sell refurbished or previously owned item(s).
- Must be returned in the original, factory condition. Original factory condition means the item(s) is unaltered (which includes brushing, combing or cutting), unworn, undamaged, free of odors, with tags attached and in the original packaging. If any component is missing or altered no refund or exchange can be given. Due to the sanitary nature of wigs and hairpieces these guidelines are strictly enforced.
